Fish Brothers Chery Tiggo will be opening shortly in Swindon and we have an exciting opportunity for a driven and enthusiastic individual to join the sales team as a Trainee Sales Executive.

About the Role:

As a Trainee Sales Executive, you will receive full training in the vehicle sales process--from initial enquiry to vehicle handover. You'll learn how to confidently guide customers through their purchase journey while delivering a first-class experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Build strong customer relationships through clear communication and trust Manage enquiries from multiple channels (phone, online, walk-ins) Work towards monthly sales and product targets (vehicles, finance, add-ons) Maintain accurate customer and vehicle data in line with FCA and GDPR guidelines Work proactively to generate new leads and follow up on existing ones
About You:

We're looking for individuals who are:

Confident communicators with a passion for sales and customer service Target-driven and self-motivated Professional, personable, and resilient Experienced in customer-facing roles such as retail, hospitality, or estate agency Hold a full UK driving licence with less than 7 points
Working Hours:

Monday to Friday: 8:30am - 6:00pm Saturday 8:30am- 5:00pm (with a weekday off in lieu)
