We are seeking a dynamic Trainee Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in a retail environment and demonstrate exceptional customer service skills. As a Trainee Sales Executive, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying their needs, and providing excellent knowledge of the products available.

Duties

Develop effective sales skills to ensure customer satisfaction. Establish strong relationships with all customers. Ensure client needs are met by providing up to date knowledge of the products we have available. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction. Attend events and shows to promote products and services the business has to offer. Follow a sales process when approaching prospective customers whether face to face, by email or telephone.

Requirements

Experience in retail within a busy retail environment. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
