Trainee Sales Executive

What You'll Be Doing:

Learn the full Toyota product range and develop a deep understanding of customer needs Assist customers through the full car-buying journey -- from first enquiry to final handover Build lasting relationships with customers through exceptional service and follow-up Work towards agreed sales targets and performance objectives Use showroom systems and CRM tools to manage enquiries and customer interactions Attend Toyota training sessions and certification programs to build your skills and brand knowledge

What We're Looking For:

A passion for sales and a genuine interest in the motor industry Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Confident, self-motivated, and resilient personality A strong desire to succeed and develop professionally A full UK driving license is essential
Previous customer-facing or retail experience is an advantage but not essential
