We are looking for a motivated

Trainee Sales Executive

to join our Volkswagen dealership in Farnham, Hampshire. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is eager to build a career in automotive sales, working as part of a supportive and experienced team.

You don't need to have car sales experience - what matters most is your enthusiasm, people skills and drive to succeed. We'll give you the

you need to become a successful Sales Executive.

What you'll be doing

As a Trainee Sales Executive, you will:

Welcome customers into the showroom and assist with their enquiries, both face to face and over the phone. Learn how to guide customers through the sales process, from first enquiry to vehicle handover. Support the sales team with administration, test drive appointments and vehicle handovers. Build confidence in discussing finance, insurance and vehicle options as your training develops. Gain in-depth product knowledge of the Volkswagen range through training and hands-on learning. Deliver excellent customer service at every stage, ensuring a positive experience for all our customers.
What we're looking for

A positive, enthusiastic and professional approach. Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport easily. A willingness to learn and develop new skills. Confidence with numbers and basic IT. A full UK driving licence.
Previous retail, customer service or sales experience is an advantage, but not essential - if you have the right attitude, we'll provide the rest.
