Trainee Sales Executive



Salary:

24,000 + generous commission structure. First year OTE 29,000-40,000

Hours:

9am-5pm Monday-Friday. Finish 4:30pm on Friday

The Role:

As a Trainee Sales Executive, you'll have the opportunity to build your own client base, manage accounts, and develop your knowledge of worldwide sporting and cultural events. With comprehensive training provided, this is your chance to kickstart a rewarding career in sales.

Our Benefits:



Competitive Base Salary of 24,000 & Uncapped Commission:

Realistic minimum first-year earnings of 29k - 40k, with top Account Managers earning upwards of 100k per year.

Annual Leave:

28 days including bank holidays, increasing with length of service and role progression.

Key Responsibilities:



Target a portfolio of leads to generate sales & business referrals Build your own client base by reaching out to directors and business owners across the UK and abroad. Nurture and develop the relationship with accounts to increase sales opportunities Develop your knowledge of worldwide sporting and cultural events. Full training and consistent support provided to ensure you're equipped for success in the role.
