About the role
Workflo Solutions have an exciting opportunity for a trainee/junior sales executive.
More important than experience is ambition, grit, work ethic, and desire to succeed.
Supported by our senior sales team, sales director, and I; the successful candidate will be involved in the full sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure.
Key Responsibilities:
Hard Work:
We can train you on our technology, software solutions, and services but we can't teach you hard work. Success has to be sought out, I'm afraid it doesn't arrive like an UBER.
Lead Generation:
You'll proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through various channels, including canvassing, cold calling, social media, and other marketing activities. You'll be out and about, a lot!
Sales Cycle Management:
In partnership with management and senior leadership, you will help manage the entire sales process from initial contact to contract negotiation and closure, ensuring a seamless transition to the service delivery team.
Client Engagement:
You'll develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients, understanding their unique needs and positioning the correct services and solutions.
Market Analysis:
We'll need you to stay abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify emerging opportunities.
Collaboration:
You'll work closely with internal teams, including marketing and service delivery, to align efforts and ensure client expectations are met and exceeded.
What we need:
Experience:
None. Attitude, work ethic, and ambition are what's needed here.
Communication Skills:
You should be comfortable talking to people from all walks of life. You will meet with clients and prospects at all levels of business. An ability to write engaging and well structured content will go a long way.
Technical experience:
We're not looking for experts, we're here to help with this. An interest in technology and/or business will be advantageous but isn't essential.
Self-Motivation:
You must be highly driven with the ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritise tasks.
Education:
Who cares? Sales is about attitude and work ethic, not academic certificates. You'll become a business professional and success here isn't measured in the exam hall.
Reporting:
You must be able to maintain accurate records of sales activities using our CRM system so we know what's going on.
Commitment:
Success takes a long time; this isn't a role for someone who's looking months ahead, we need someone focussed on years. If you're easily beaten, this isn't the role for you.
