Hours:
Covering business hours over a five-day period between Monday to Saturday. Sundays off with a day off in the week.
Salary:
Starting from 20,000 per annum plus commission.
Other duties may be required of the post holder in addition to those listed above and below, to ensure that the requirements of the business are met at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome customers to the showroom and provide a friendly, professional first impression.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable vehicles and finance options.
Learn and follow the full vehicle sales process from enquiry to handover.
Arrange and accompany customer test drives.
Maintain strong product knowledge of vehicles, features, and promotions.
Follow up leads via phone, email, and in-person appointments.
Assist with vehicle presentations, pricing, and showroom displays.
Ensure excellent customer satisfaction before, during, and after the sale.
Work towards individual and team sales targets.
Accurately complete sales documentation and CRM updates.

Full UK driving licence
Interest in cars and the motor trade
