What You'll Be Doing

As a Trainee Sales Executive, you'll learn the ropes from experienced professionals and take your first steps into the world of automotive sales. You'll:

Learn and use the Vospers Sales Process to support and guide customers Assist with preparing vehicles for sale and supporting handovers to customers Get involved in prospecting for new customers and following up with existing ones Help maintain the showroom and vehicle displays to a high standard Be part of a team that delivers first-class customer service
Dont worry if you've never sold a car before well give you all the training you need.

What We're Looking For

A can-do attitude and genuine desire to learn A passion for cars, people and great service Confidence, enthusiasm and good communication skills Willingness to work weekends (because that's when our customers love to shop) A full UK driving licence (or working towards one soon)
Experience in sales or customer service is helpful but not essential if you've got the drive, we've got the training.
