Trainee Sales Executive - Mercedes-Benz of Salisbury

A new opportunity has arisen to join us as a Trainee Sales Executive at our Salisbury dealership. Duties will include:

Assisting customers in finding their desired vehicle via the Mercedes-Benz online showroom

Contacting interested parties and customers by telephone and in writing to generate Sales Leads.

Conducting face-to-face meetings and presenting the Mercedes-Benz range.

Informing and advising visitors on Mercedes-Benz vehicles, equipment, prices, conditions, technical data and other information

Evaluating used cars and conducting appraisals of customers' vehicle.

Assessing the condition of Trade Ins and ensuring all defects /damage reported and recorded prior to a Part Exchange price being agreed.

Organising and carrying out test-drives and evaluate results.

Involvement in sales events.

Guaranteeing professional level of product presentation (price marking, accessibility, cleanliness, etc).

What we are looking for

A genuine passion for cars and customer service.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and eager to learn.

A full UK driving licence.

Previous sales or customer-facing experience is a plus, but not essential.

Applicants will be expected to be immaculately attired as is befitting the Mercedes brand, must hold a full driving licence and have the right to work UK.

The showroom is open from 8.00 - 18.30 Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 17:00 Saturday and 10:00 - 16:00 Sunday. Weekend work on a rota basis will be required however; a 5-day week will be worked.

41 hours per week

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to 30,103.31 per year
