Looking to break into the motor trade? We're hiring a

Trainee Sales Executive

to join our fast-paced Car Supermarket team at

Anchor Motor Group

. We are a family-run business with over 30 years of growth, offering a diverse and exciting range of vehicles across Anchor Cars, Vanlux, and Anchor Vans.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven, self-motivated individual eager to build a career in vehicle sales. With full training provided, you'll gain the skills needed to progress into a full Sales Executive role, where earnings typically range between 35,000 - 50,000 per year.

Salary:

20,000 - 30,000 per year (incl. commission/bonuses)

Schedule:

Full-time, including weekends. Weekend availability is required

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Customer Engagement

Confidently engage with customers across all channels. Demonstrate used cars, highlighting key features and value. Clearly explain finance, warranty, and aftercare options. Assist in negotiating and closing sales.

Lead Management & Customer Service

Follow up on leads via CRM. Build strong customer relationships for repeat and referral business. Handle enquiries with professionalism.

Performance & Administration

Work towards sales targets and support team goals. Take part in training and development. Ensure accurate, compliant completion of paperwork.
