In this entry-level, performance-driven role, you'll be immersed in all aspects of the sales journey -- from initial lead engagement through to final handover. Under the mentorship of our experienced management team, you'll gain hands-on training in consultative selling, customer retention, and digital sales tools, while working towards becoming a full-stack sales professional (capable of handling every stage of the customer journey).

Job Summary:
To sell used vehicles professionally and to maximise the profit opportunity within each sale. Develop good relationships with customers. To meet and exceed monthly company and personal profit and unit targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage with walk-in customers and online leads, learning how to build rapport, understand customer needs, and support the sales team through the consultation process.
Participate in a tailored development plans, including on-the-job shadowing, skill-specific coaching sessions, Volvo Sales Process training, and soft-skill development (communication, confidence, objection handling).
Observe and assist in every step of the customer journey -- from qualification and test drive through to finance presentation and vehicle handover.
Support in managing online enquiries, digital listings, and showroom systems. Learn how to handle digital leads with speed and professionalism.
Volvo best practices, including logging enquiries, managing follow-ups, and nurturing future opportunities through the sales funnel.
Build knowledge of our vehicles and develop the ability to communicate key selling points clearly and confidently. Help with stock presentation, merchandising, and online vehicle descriptions.
Take part in daily sales meetings, one-on-one coaching, and brand training modules. Embrace feedback, show initiative, and position yourself as a future full-stack sales executive.

Required:
Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
Excellent customer service skills and a positive attitude to customer care.
Good IT skills
The ability to work to targets and deadlines
Confidence to work alone without direct supervision.
Resilient, self-motivated, and target driven
Holds a full UK driving licence
DBS check is required for this role
