Trainee Sales Executive / Estimator

Burke Bros Moving Group is an established and reputable removals company based in Wolverhampton, providing high quality domestic, European and international moving services. We are seeking a motivated individual to join the sales team in a trainee capacity. The ideal candidate will demonstrate an outgoing personality, high levels of enthusiasm, and a strong desire to build a successful career in sales.

No previous experience in the removals or logistics industry is required, since full training and professional development will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct in-home and video-based pre-move surveys of clients' properties. Attend sales conferences, industry events, and networking opportunities to promote services. Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients. Manage personal scheduling, appointments, and follow-ups within a structured diary system. Collaborate with internal departments to support the planning, scheduling, and project management of relocation services.

Minimum Requirements

A-level qualifications including Mathematics and English. Strong commercial awareness and developing business acumen. High levels of literacy and numeracy. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with a broad and diverse client base. Full, clean UK driving licence.
