We're holding a recruitment day at BYD York, to allow 2 Trainee Sales Executives to join our team and kick-start their career in the automotive industry!

We are looking for ambitious and driven individuals who are passionate in providing world class customer service. This role comes with a basic salary of up to 27,000 with a very easily achievable OTE of up to 60,000.00 once you are accredited.

About You

We are looking for someone who is able to listen to the customer's needs and been able to adapt your skills and knowledge to suit the customer individually. As a Sales Executive you will have to be confident working to targets and deadlines and been able to maximise every opportunity, converting enquiries into sales.



As a Sales Executive you will be primarily responsible for generating customer appointments and prospecting in order to maximise car sales in a challenging, target driven environment.

Full training will be provided for those joining as a trainee, giving you opportunity to attend (Brand) Accreditation Training Courses and continuous internal Training and Support.



What we offer our Sales Executives:A basic salary of up to 27,000 plus On Target Earnings of up to 60,000 once you are accredited! Working hours that are 5 days per week on a rota basis that covers between 8.00am - 6.30pm with every other weekend off. World class training provided from our own trainer and our brand partners Uncapped commission with higher bandings for high performance once accredited. Working Hours (41.5hrs)



You will work 5 days per week, an average of 41.5 hours per week.



Shifts will include:



8am - 5pm or 9am - 6.30pm Monday to Friday



9am - 5.00pm Saturday



10.30am - 4pm Sunday



If you have worked in retail previously, you will be glad to know we close Easter Sunday, Christmas day, Boxing day and New Years Day.

You must hold a current valid clean driving license.
