Learn everything there is to know about the property industry! As a Trainee Sales & Lettings Negotiator, you will have the opportunity to learn and develop your skills in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:

-Answering telephone calls

-Managing your diary

-Carrying out viewings

-Selling and letting property

-Negotiating and agreeing sales and lets

-The Negotiator will be working and learning from a highly experienced team
- Assist in managing daily operations of the business
- Learn and implement sales techniques to upsell products and services
- Provide excellent customer service and phone etiquette
- Assist with office management duties
- Collaborate with team members to achieve business goals

- Managing a large portfolio of properties from Maidstone to Ashford

- Learn and implement marketing techniques

Experience:
- Previous experience in an office or administrative role is preferred
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively

- Proficiency in Microsoft Word & Outlook is essential

- UK driving licence and vehicle essential

- Previous experience within the property sector is desirable, but not essential

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 21,000.00-23,000.00 per year
