Strong organisational and communication skills (written & verbal) A professional, positive, customer-focused attitude Self-motivation and a proactive "can-do" approach A genuine drive to achieve and exceed targets Full, clean UK driving licence Smart, professional appearance

What you'll be doing:

Building strong relationships with buyers, sellers, landlords & tenants Generating new business through calls, viewings & valuations Converting leads into instructions across sales and lettings Ensuring paperwork & compliance are completed accurately Working towards set targets & KPIs
