Job Title;
TRAINEE Sales NegotiatorSalary;
20,000 BASIC + MILEAGE PAIDOTE;
30,000 + YEAR ONE5 DAY WEEK 2 SATURDAYS A MONTH
FULL TRAINING WILL BE PROVIDED
Your Responsibilities as a Sales Negotiator:
As a Sales Negotiator, you will be responsible for qualifying applicants, identifying their needs, showcasing suitable properties, and negotiating offers.
You will cross-sell between our other branches and proactively create opportunities by making a high volume of calls to our extensive database. To ensure the annual target is met, you will work collaboratively within the team, whilst providing exceptional customer service to all clients.
Your Skills and Experience:
You have a demonstrable track record of continued employment in a customer focused role. You are target driven and ambitious. You are well spoken and presentable You are proactive and tenacious. You hold a valid driving licence AND OWN A CAR
