As a Trainee Sales Negotiator Apprentice, you will:

Update websites, window displays, and office property lists Organise property boards (erections and removals) Support sales progression - managing sold properties through to completion Create property brochures, add photos and floor plans Generate sales valuations Handle customer enquiries promptly and professionally Review purchaser activity within our database daily Carry out property viewings Negotiate and agree sales Undertake other ad-hoc duties as required
Skills, Experience & Attributes

We're looking for someone who is:

Confident, outgoing, proactive, and highly motivated Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines A strong rapport builder with excellent communication skills Smart, professional, and well-presented Competent in written and verbal communication Familiar with Newcastle and the surrounding area (advantageous)
Qualifications
