Trainee Sales Negotiator - Crowborough
Salary: 18,000 base + commission
Location: Crowborough, East Sussex
Full-Time | Permanent
Our client is on the lookout for a bright, enthusiastic individual ready to start or build a career in property sales. Whether you're new to the industry or bringing early experience, this is an exciting opportunity to grow with a supportive team and earn while you learn.
What You'll Do:

• Support the sales team with property listings, viewings and client follow-ups
• Engage confidently with potential buyers, both in person and over the phone
• Help prepare marketing materials and update online listings
• Learn the ropes of negotiation, sales progression and customer service
• Deliver a professional and personable experience to all our clients

Who You Are:

• A keen communicator with strong people skills
• Organised, proactive and eager to learn
• Presentable, with a positive attitude and drive to succeed
• Previous experience in sales, property or customer service is welcomed - but not essential!
• Must hold a full UK driving licence
