Trainee Sales Negotiator
Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Negotiator to join our team in the property sector. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Commission - 5% of all sales, 150 per converted vendor. plus more
You will be contracted to this role, some flexible work will be offered
Duties
- Conduct property viewings with potential buyers
- Negotiate with line manager and identify the right buyer
- Manage a portfolio of properties for sale
- Provide accurate property valuations and market appraisals
- Organise and maintain property listings on various platforms
- Carry out administrative tasks related to property transactions
- Strong organisational skills
- Excellent communication abilities
- Proven track record in sales or customer-facing roles
Must have fill driving license
