If so, we are now looking for a confident and ambitious Junior Sales Negotiators to join our growing team across our network of branches in Enfield, EN3 and Highams Park, E4. Working alongside an experienced team and director, this role will allow you to learn the industry inside out whilst building connections with vendors and buyers. Key Responsibilities

Proactively engage with properties currently on the market to introduce the Breens brand and build rapport. Develop and nurture strong, trust-based relationships with potential vendors, landlords, and local stakeholders. Identify and act on new business opportunities across sales and lettings within the local market. Support lead generation efforts through hands-on marketing activity. Registering new buyers on our CRM system and matching them with suitable properties Conducting property viewings with professionalism and enthusiasm, co-ordinating the diary alongside the rest of the sales team. Negotiating offers and assisting with the progression process, keeping sales files up to date Building and maintaining relationships with clients Supporting the wider sales team with administrative tasks and marketing efforts as and when required. Staying informed about the local property market and industry trends Meeting both individual and branch targets which are set by senior management
What We're Looking For

A full UK driving licence and access to your own car

is essential

Knowledge of the local market would be beneficial, but

is not essential

Previous experience in a customer service or sales role would be advantageous, but

is not essential

A proactive and positive, can-do attitude with a willingness to learn Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills Strong organisation and attention to detail A team player who will thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Knowledge of Microsoft Windows and the Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
