Rampton Baseley Estate Agents specialise in residential sales, lettings, and property management in South West London and the surrounding areas.

The role



Rampton Baseley are looking for a good communicator to join their thriving New Homes team. Sales negotiator experience is not necessary, but those who have worked in the industry will also be considered. We are looking for candidates who have maturity, a good work ethic and the ability to work well in a team.

Responsibilities include:

Identifying and accurately registering potential buyers and sellers, securing maximum quality viewings Contributing to marketing ideas for new developments Undertaking negotiations on behalf of the seller, giving prompt reports on progress and achieving successful sales Managing the process from viewing to offer being agreed to issuing the Memorandum of Sale, exchange of contracts and completion of the transaction Understanding and undertaking sales progression duties, giving regular updates to clients and buyers Helping clients deal with the intricacies of the contracts Negotiating with all parties to ensure the best outcome for everyone Qualifying new applicants Arranging and carrying out viewings Following up viewings and securing offers Responding to queries via e-mail and telephone Achieving individual sales performance targets Complying with all relevant legislation Ensuring administrative records are kept up-to-date at all times, even in instances where no actual sale is made Providing a first-class service to all stakeholders Always presenting a professional approach, maintaining brand standards and adhering to company best practice at all times Any other duties required to support the team
Essential requirements:

Professional written and verbal communication skills. Full Driver's License and own vehicle. Team-player.
Work schedule:

Monday to Friday, 8.45 am to 6 pm in the office One in three Saturdays
