We are a well-established, independent estate agency looking for a

Trainee Sales Negotiator

to join our busy and friendly sales team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start a long-term career in property, with full training and support provided.

The Role

As a Trainee Sales Negotiator, you will work from our office full-time and support the sales team with the day-to-day running of the department. You will be involved in the sales process from start to finish and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment.

Duties will include:

Registering buyers and matching them to suitable properties Booking and conducting property viewings Handling incoming enquiries via phone, email, and in person Negotiating offers between buyers and sellers Progressing sales through to completion Updating CRM systems and maintaining accurate records Providing excellent customer service at all times

Working Hours

Monday to Friday:

9:00am - 6:00pm

Saturday:

9:00am - 5:00pm

Day off in lieu

provided for working Saturdays Total hours:

39 hours per week

Strong communication and people skills Confident, motivated, and eager to learn Professional appearance and attitude Good organisational skills and attention to detail Ability to work well under pressure Previous property experience not required -- full training provided
