The Role

This is an exciting entry-level role offering full training, hands-on experience, and genuine career progression. Working closely with our experienced team, you'll quickly become an integral part of our sales operation, helping clients find their dream home.

Key Responsibilities:

Registering new applicants and understanding their property needs Arranging and conducting viewings Building rapport with clients and maintaining regular contact Supporting the negotiation process between buyers and sellers Providing exceptional customer service at every stage of the sales process Learning and applying local market knowledge
About You

A positive, can-do attitude with a strong desire to learn Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Smart, professional appearance Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle Target-driven, self-motivated and organised No previous estate agency experience necessary - just a passion for property and people
