We're looking for a
Trainee Sales Negotiator/Administrator
to join our team based in Shirley, Solihull. No previous estate agency experience? No problem! We're more interested in your attitude, motivation, and willingness to grow.
What You'll Be Doing:
Supporting the sales team with daily operations
Managing a range of administrative tasks to keep things running smoothly
Building lasting relationships with clients and providing excellent customer service
Scheduling property viewings and market appraisals
Gaining practical knowledge of the property market through on-the-job training
What We're Looking For:
A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle (essential)
Great communication skills and a professional, approachable manner
Strong organisational abilities and keen attention to detail
A proactive mindset with the desire to learn and grow in the industry
