Trainee Recruitment Consultant (Contract Recruitment Specialist- Sales Role)
Starting Salary: xc2xa325,000 + commission
OTE xc2xa340,000 - xc2xa345,000 first year

• Full life-cycle - 360 recruitment position - Business Development
• Clients/Businesses: Sales - Identifying business partnership opportunities, cold calling, B2B sales, lead generation, relationship development, and securing new clients
• Candidates: Managing job vacancies from clients, advertising roles, conducting interviews, and overseeing candidate management
• Project Management: Managing the end-to-end recruitment process
• Hours: 10:30am - 7pm Monday to Thursday & 8:00am - 4pm on Fridays.
• USA Market - Contract Recruitment
