Full time, permanent position

Base + Commission (OTE 1st year 35,000)

The Role

As a Trainee Sales Representative, you'll be the face of our clients' brands, engaging directly with customers and delivering outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Represent client brands professionally and confidently Speak with customers to promote products and services Deliver excellent customer service and build rapport Work towards personal and team sales targets Learn sales, communication and leadership skills through training Maintain a positive, goal-driven mindset Participate in daily coaching and development sessions

The Ideal Candidate

They're looking for motivated, confident individuals who are eager to learn and progress. No prior sales experience is required as full training is provided. About you:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills A positive, energetic attitude Motivation to achieve personal and financial goals Confidence speaking to customers face-to-face Retail, customer service, events or hospitality experience (desirable) A willingness to learn and be coached Right to work in the UK
