Francicea Ltd is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Trainee Science Graduate to
join our growing team in the field of homeopathic and nutritional supplement production.
This is a unique opportunity to build a rewarding career in a specialised area of natural
healthcare manufacturing.
About the Role
As a Trainee, you will receive full training in Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP),
hygiene protocols, and production procedures. You will work closely with the production
team and management to ensure that all operations meet regulatory and quality
standards. Over time, you will take on responsibilities as a Responsible Person
overseeing hygiene, documentation, and GMP implementation across the production
process.
Key Responsibilities

Learn and assist in implementing GMP compliance and quality systems Support day-to-day production and hygiene control procedures Maintain accurate production and batch records Monitor and ensure adherence to regulatory and safety standards Contribute to continuous improvement in manufacturing processes
About You

Recent Science Graduate (Biology, Chemistry, Pharmacy, Biomedicine, or related field) Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Good communication and teamwork skills Enthusiastic about natural health, supplements, and responsible manufacturing
