Trainee Self Employed Mortgage Advisor
Job Description
we have a unique position opening for a trainee mortgage advisor on a self employed basis. This is a great opportunity for someone who has just recently passed their cemap qualification or have little to no experience in the industry.
not only will you receive exceptional training you will be provided with leads to help grow your client base. On top of this you will be allocated an administrator who Will look after your case once it is fully submitted to the lender.
this is a long term opportunity and you will be working closely with the director of the business to grow yourself.
The role will originally be office based whilst you train and obtain your case status and then after it can be hybrid and remote.
main duties will include conduction a fact find with a customer to establish their needs.
Research the whole market and come back with the best recommendation.
request documentation from the customer and then submit the application.
You will not need to do anything else as all support provided.
commission will be on a split basis and will increase after 6 months.

Pay: 40,000.00-80,000.00 per year
