An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our team as a Trainee Service Advisor at our busy new and used car dealership in Bridgend.

Previous experience is not essential however we do require a full UK driving license.

Responsibilities:

Meeting and greeting customers in a friendly and courteous manner throughout the day. Booking vehicles into the technical workshop. Liaising with the technical workshop to keep track of the vehicles' progress and ensuring the customer is kept up to date. Providing exceptional customer service at all times. Maintaining thorough product knowledge and updating your knowledge through manufacturer and onsite training. Advising customers of additional products that may benefit them. Maintaining good housekeeping standards and orderly administration of your work.

We expect you to demonstrate some skills that will prove very beneficial in the position, including:

Customer awareness. Strong teamwork skills. Confident and professional communication skills. Full driving licence.
