Due to expansion, our Company seeks to employee a motivated and conscientious trainee in our repairs and service department to carry out administrative functions. You will join our engineering team and train to provide comprehensive administrative support and assistance to help improve our efficiency. The successful candidate will gain experience in coordinating tasks and managing business support procedures. Excellent organisational and communication skills with the ability to prioritise workload are essential. The main purpose of this role is to provide efficient administrative support within the service department ensuring accuracy, effective delivery and assist other departments when necessary.
Duties include: -
Efficient telephone enquiry handling
Training matrix coordination
Job entry and filing system maintenance
Customer liaison by telephone and email as well as quotation processing when required
Order progressing
Invoicing
Organisation and planning of service projects including manpower
Preparation of engineer's reports forwarded to clients on completion of work
Candidates will be required to demonstrate: -
Experience of Microsoft Office
Excellent organisational skills
Ability to work as part of a team and on own initiative
Good written and verbal communication skills
Flexibility
Qualifications: -
Higher Maths
Higher English
Monday to Friday, 7.30am to 4.00pm
