The Role:

We're looking for a reliable, hard-working, and hands-on

Trainee Sign Maker, Fitter & Billboard Poster

to join our busy production and installation team. You'll learn the full process from making signs in-house to installing them on-site, as well as posting printed billboard campaigns across our network.

No previous experience required

- full training provided. For the right person, this is a long-term opportunity to learn a skilled trade and grow with our team.

Key Responsibilities:

Assisting in the production of signage, vinyl graphics, and printed materials Using tools, machinery, and cutting equipment (training provided) Installing signage and displays on customer sites Posting printed advertising campaigns on billboards across the region Working at height from ladders and scaffold towers Preparing vehicles, tools, and materials for daily tasks Following site safety and quality procedures

What We're Looking For:

A strong work ethic and can-do attitude Good practical and physical ability Comfortable working outdoors in all weathers

Comfortable working at height from ladders and towers

Full UK driving licence - essential

Basic tool use or workshop experience is a bonus but not required Interest in advertising, print, or construction trades a plus
