Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Fitter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assembling, fitting, and installing components and systems according to specifications. This role requires a keen eye for detail, strong technical skills, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

Interpret technical drawings and specifications to determine assembly requirements Assemble and fit components using hand tools, power tools, and machinery Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure compliance with standards Collaborate with engineers and other team members to resolve any issues during the fitting process Maintain a clean and safe working environment by adhering to health and safety regulations Perform routine maintenance on tools and equipment as needed

Requirements

Proven experience as a Fitter or in a similar role within the manufacturing or engineering sector Strong understanding of mechanical systems and assembly processes Proficiency in reading technical drawings and schematics Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail Ability to work under pressure while maintaining high-quality standards Good communication skills, both verbal and written A relevant qualification in engineering or manufacturing is desirable but not essential

Pay: 100.00-140.00 per day
