Trainee Site Engineer / Design Engineer

Job Description
Due to our client\xe2\x80\x99s growth in the UK and Ireland, they are seeking to add a Trainee Site Engineer / Design Engineer to the team.
Based in Maghera, this position is full-time permanent, Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm.
Our clients provide specialist drilling services for utilities such as gas, electricity, and media, and are also expanding in the Renewables markets.
Day to Day:
- Surveying Site Conditions and assessing suitability of projects.
- Assisting with the reviewing and amending of designs.
- Confident in using setting out and surveying equipment such as GPS.
- Assisting in the production of Risk Assessments, Method statements, etc.
- Liaising with clients and ensuring a high level of professionalism is always delivered.
Experience and Qualifications:
- Degree educated in Civil Engineering / or similar.
- 1+ years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in Civil Engineering in Design or on Site.
- Proficient on AutoCAD / Civils 3D / MS Office including Excel.
- Setting Out and Geotechnical / Design experience.
- UK Driving Licence, flexible, and willing to learn.
