Trainee Site Manager

.

The Role

As a Trainee Site Manager, you will work closely with experienced site managers and project teams to learn all aspects of site management. This is a hands-on role where you'll gain practical experience in:

Assisting with day-to-day site operations Monitoring health and safety compliance Coordinating subcontractors and suppliers Supporting project planning and scheduling Conducting site inspections and reporting progress Learning to manage budgets and resources

What We're Looking For

A genuine interest in construction and site management Previous experience is preferred Strong communication and teamwork skills Willingness to learn and take initiative Good problem-solving abilities Basic understanding of construction processes (preferred) A full UK driving licence
