Are you ready to take your construction skills to the next level?


We are delighted to be recruiting for a dynamic individual to join us as a Trainee Site Manager to work on our new build site in Botley and we need you!


As a Trainee Site Manager, you'll play a vital role in supporting our Construction Manager in overseeing our exciting new build construction projects.


You will be driving the quality of our new homes and ultimately customer satisfaction. There will also be an expectation that budgets are controlled


From supervising site management and operations to ensuring projects are completed safely, to specifications, and within agreed timeframes, you'll be at the heart of our operations.

You will play an important role in contributing to the entire project lifecycle, from design phase through to completion, collaborating with our customer care team and subcontractors to ensure a seamless delivery.


We're Looking for someone with experience in construction management with strong organisational and multitasking skills and excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
