Summary
We are seeking a Trainee Solicitor to join our dedicated team in Bedworth. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to our mission of delivering exceptional legal support while enjoying a flexible 4-day work week. The successful candidate will play a key role in advising clients and handling legal matters with professionalism and integrity, under supervision.
Responsibilities
Train to manage a diverse caseload in Family Law, Wills, Probate, and Employment Law.
Provide expert legal advice to clients with clarity and confidence.
Negotiate effectively on behalf of clients to achieve favourable outcomes.
Draft and review legal documents with precision.
Collaborate with colleagues to ensure high-quality service delivery.
Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations.
Maintain accurate case records and documentation.
Uphold the firm's standards of professionalism and client confidentiality.
Attend Court with the Solicitor or Counsel
Learn to prepare bundles, indexes and general case preparation
Attend networking events if desired (not essential)
Qualifications
LL.B Honours 2:1 preferred
Legal Practice Course/SQE
Some experience in Family Law, Wills, Probate, or Employment Law is preferred.
Strong negotiation skills supported by practical experience.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multi task
Commitment to ongoing professional development.
Knowledge of current legal practices and regulations.
Proactive approach to client service and problem-solving.
Attention to detail and proof reading skills
