Job Description

We are a progressive North London firm, with an office in Enfield Town adjacent to Enfield Chase Station and with easy links to the M25 and into the City. We have ISO accreditation and are members of LawNet.

We require an intelligent and self-motivated person wishing to complete their training contract in our vibrant commercial property department, with a view to progression within the department.

There is a varied workflow relating to commercial, residential and mixed-use estates, sales and acquisitions, landlord and tenant and financing, corporate support, dealing with a wide range of clients, from institutions to sole traders, working in the fields of commerce, development, banking and investment. Whilst the emphasis will be on commercial property, the successful applicant will also be expected to gain some experience in company commercial and corporate transactions and commercial and property litigation.

You should be able to work independently, as well as part of a dynamic and forward-thinking team. Energy and enthusiasm will be rewarded by high quality training and support.

Some experience of working in the legal sector would be an advantage, together with familiarity with specialist legal (case management, online research) software. However, the applicant must have good keyboard skills, a good knowledge of Microsoft Word, and be capable of working under pressure in a busy legal office.

Pay: 22,750.00 per hour
