Tuckers Solicitors are looking to recruit

a Trainee Solicitor

/

Accredited Police Stations Representatives (Or have Part A completed)

to join our team in

Leeds

.

DUTIES:

Attend Police Stations and assist in the management of cases (help cover 4/5 days each month on out of hours call rota) Support fee earners with research, case administration, and document management Analyse information/evidence and provide insightful findings Communicate effectively with clients, counsel, and colleagues Represent the firm in court and draft witness statements

REQUIREMENTS

Have obtained your Police Station Accreditation (Part A at least)

Have obtained either LPC/SQE - This will expedite our commitment to offering a future training contract. In-depth knowledge of criminal law and procedure Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Attention to detail and organisational ability Proficiency in IT systems 4 days in office (1 day working from home - subject to business needs) - After successful completion of probation.
