As a

Trainee Sprinkler Engineer

, you will be hands-on from day one, assisting with installation and service works across multiple disciplines while being fully supported by experienced, qualified engineers.


You'll

earn while you learn

, complete a structured training programme, and gain recognised qualifications -- all while working on real projects that make a difference. During your first six months, you'll receive

industry-leading training

delivered by our expert team at Marlowe. This includes a blend of classroom-based learning and practical, on-the-job experience at some of our most prestigious client sites. You'll be mentored by a dedicated and experienced Engineer, ensuring continuous support and professional development throughout your training.

Work alongside experienced Service Engineers to gain hands-on experience with

Sprinkler Systems, Dry/Wet Risers, Fire Hydrants, and Fire Hose Reels

, developing your technical knowledge and practical skills. Represent

Marlowe Fire & Security

on-site, becoming a trusted part of our engineering team and building strong customer relationships. Support the team in meeting deadlines and exceeding customer expectations, learning how to deliver projects to the highest standard. Health & Safety guidelines and Quality systems

, developing safe working practices that will support your career progression. Keep clear and accurate records of all work completed, including timesheets and service documentation, to build strong foundations in industry standards. Actively engage with your
