What You'll Be Doing

As a Trainee Manager, you'll go through a hands-on mentorship program to master every aspect of the business:

The Craft:

Learning the art of the perfect sub and maintaining gold-standard food safety.

The Crew:

Supporting the Store Manager in training, motivating, and leading a diverse team.

The Business:

Understanding inventory, labor costs, and how to drive local sales.

The Community:

Representing a family-owned business and building relationships with our regular local guests.
