About the Role:
As a Trainee Support Worker, you'll be part of a dedicated team providing person-centred care and support to our residents, helping them live happy, fulfilling, and independent lives. No experience is necessary - full training will be provided!
Your responsibilities will include:
Supporting individuals with daily routines, personal care, and household tasks
Encouraging independence and involvement in the local community
Building positive relationships with residents, families, and colleagues
Supporting residents with hobbies, activities, and personal goals
Promoting dignity, respect, and choice at all times
What we're looking for:
A caring, compassionate, and patient nature
Good communication and teamwork skills
Willingness to learn and complete training (including the Care Certificate)
Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings and weekends
No previous experience required - just the right attitude!
