The Role

We're looking for Trainee Surveyors to join our Estimating team. This is a hands-on, entry-level role - ideal for those who are practical, willing to learn, and ready to build a long-term career in the construction industry.

What you'll do:

Travel to sites across the UK to carry out surveys (roofing, windows, safeguarding and more. Complete measured site surveys and meet with specialist subcontractors. Prepare accurate drawings, site plans, and bills of quantities. Support the Estimating Director and wider team on project bids.

What We're Looking For

A full, clean manual UK driving licence (essential) Comfortable working at heights Good communication skills Basic computer skills Willingness to learn - no prior experience needed (full training provided) DBS check (we will arrange this)
