We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Trainee Swimming Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for teaching and empowering next generation with an essential life skill . As a swimming teacher, you will be responsible for educating swimmers of all ages and skill levels, ensuring they develop their swimming abilities in a safe and enjoyable environment. Your role will involve creating engaging lesson plans, providing constructive feedback, and fostering a love for swimming.

Duties

Conduct swimming lessons for individuals and groups, tailored to various skill levels. Educate swimmers on proper swimming techniques, water safety, and personal fitness. Develop lesson plans that are engaging, informative, and aligned with the swimmers goals. Monitor swimmers progress and provide feedback to help them improve their skills. Ensure the safety of all participants during lessons by adhering to safety protocols. Maintain a clean and organised pool area, ensuring all equipment is in good condition. Communicate effectively with swimmers and their guardians regarding progress and any concerns. Collaborate with other instructors to enhance the overall quality of swim instruction.

Requirements

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage and motivate swimmers. Patience and adaptability to cater to different learning styles and abilities. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required. Committed to completing Swim England Level 1 and Level 2 Swimming Teacher Qualifications
