We are seeking a proactive and motivated Trainee Team Leader (Outbound) to support the continued development of our Reverse Logistics operations in Milton Keynes.
This role is ideal for someone with warehouse experience who is ready to take the next step into a leadership position. You will assist in managing outbound processes, ensuring products are dispatched accurately and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Support and coordinate daily outbound activities. Guide and motivate warehouse operatives to meet performance and quality standards. Oversee workflow to ensure on-time dispatch. Maintain accurate system updates and documentation. Promote and uphold health and safety standards.
About You:
Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is required; supervisory or leadership experience is an advantage. Strong communication and organisational skills. Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop leadership skills. Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively with others.
