Northampton

. The shift pattern will be

Monday to Friday 06:00 - 15:00

initially, then moving onto an AM/PM weekly rotation.

The role:

Face to face dealings with drivers, booking both loaded and empty units in and out of the terminal Ensuring all container numbers are correctly recorded both in and out of the system Ensure all release/acceptance information is entered into the system in a timely and accurate manner. Adding both train arrivals and departures to the system Dealing with yard operations over a 2-way radio Dealing with customers both on the telephone and by email Administrative duties - checks carried out to try and capture any mistakes that may have occurred and correcting these before any credit notes are required. Liaising with our transport team

IT literate - confident using computers as it's an office based role Clear communicator - Written and Verbal Hard working Highly organised Team player Great attention to detail
