Trainee Utility Surveyor

Key Responsibilities:

Utilising modern surveying techniques and equipment including total stations, GPS, laser scanners, and data collection devices. Accurately documenting underground utility assets and conducting manhole inspections, along with performing above-ground topographical surveys. Assisting your mentor in completing surveys following Vision Survey's, RICS, and industry PAS 128 standards. Developing and maintaining strong client relationships to ensure expectations are met. Supporting detailed fieldwork and office surveying assignments. Verifying the accuracy of information gathered on-site and ensuring smooth transition to deliverables. Maintaining and caring for all surveying equipment.

Requirements

Adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing demands. Ability to multi-task, stay organised, and contribute positively to the team. Willingness to travel to various site locations across the UK with own vehicle. Strong communication skills to work effectively within a team and engage with clients on-site. A current, clean manual driving license.
