Job Profile

Are you looking for a career change and willing to learn a new skill? Hippo Motor Group are on the look out for enthusiastic individuals to ensure our sold cars are presented to the highest standards. You will be responsible for performing full valets, single-stage machine polishing and applying specialist paint protection coatings, ensuring all vehicles meet or exceed customer expectations. No experience necessary, all training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:

Thoroughly valet sold vehicles, ensuring they are cleaned and prepared to showroom standards. Perform single-stage machine polishing to restore paint finishes and remove minor defects. Apply specialist paint protection coatings to protect the vehicle's exterior. Maintain a high level of attention to detail and ensure the quality of work is consistent across all vehicles. Ensure that all tools, equipment, and workspaces are kept clean and in good condition. Work efficiently to meet deadlines, ensuring all vehicles are ready for delivery or collection on time. Follow health and safety guidelines and maintain a safe working environment. Complete any other duties related to vehicle preparation as required.

Skills and Experience

Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to high-quality work. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. A strong team player with good communication skills. Willingness to learn Full UK driving licence is essential.
