Key Responsibilities

Assist in inspecting damaged vehicles and identifying necessary repairs Learn to prepare accurate estimates using industry software Work with Technicians and insurers to ensure smooth repair processes Provide excellent customer service by explaining repair needs clearly and professionally

Essential Skills and Qualifications

Experience of working in a Bodyshop or Accident Repair Centre as a Panel, Paint or MET Technician Driven to progress in a VDA role Strong attention to detail, a problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn Good communication and customer service skills Basic IT competency and willingness to train on specialist software Enthusiastic, proactive, and able to work as part of a team Full UK driving licence preferred

In 2013, our Bodyshop moved to a new purpose-built location in Swindon. The location in Athena Avenue can be accessed from Junction 16 or 15 of the M4 motorway and is commutable from Wroughton, Devizes, and Royal Wootton Bassett. Dick Lovett Swindon are an official Porsche Bodyshop Repairer and work on all brands we represent including Ferrari, BMW, and MINI.


Providing Bodyshop services from full accident repairs to minor bumps, our team is reliable and trustworthy. Our skilled Paint Technicians specialise in paintwork scuffs to full body resprays, all with the customer at the forefront of their mind. We repair and paint vehicles across the South West of England and also have a dedicated Tyre and Wheel repair centre in Swindon.
