Are you passionate about the ocean, love working outdoors, and have a flair for inspiring others? Join Absolute Adventures as a Trainee Watersports Instructor and kickstart your career in the outdoor adventure industry.



As a trainee instructor, you'll gain hands-on experience across a variety of watersports, including kayaking, paddleboarding, coasteering, and powerboating. You'll work alongside our qualified team, supporting sessions, learning safety procedures, and helping guests have an unforgettable time on the water.



Type: Seasonal (minimum 20 hours/ week - increasing to 30 hours minimum when qualified)

Pay rate: 15/hour when training. Increasing to 17.50 when qualified.

Please note, successful applicants must be willing to complete an enhanced DBS check and safeguarding training.
