We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Window Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that windows are cleaned to the highest standards, enhancing the appearance of residential and commercial properties. This role requires effective communication skills and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
Clean windows using appropriate tools and techniques to achieve a streak-free finish.
Ensure safety protocols are followed while working at heights or using ladders.
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific cleaning needs and preferences.
Maintain equipment and supplies, reporting any issues or needs for replenishment.
Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any client concerns or feedback promptly.
Work collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient operations.
Requirements
Proven ability to communicate clearly in English, both verbally and in writing.
Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanour.
Previous experience in window cleaning is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating reliability and professionalism.
Willingness to adhere to health and safety regulations while performing duties.
